Energy Bites
No Bake
Healthy, full of protein, easy and very yummy!
1 cup dry oatmeal
2/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/3 cup bee pollen
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge for about 1/2. Roll into small balls about 1 inch. Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
