1 thumb-sized piece of ginger

2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed organic lemon juice

1 cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon of raw organic honey

1 ½ cup of filtered water

Bring your water to boil and drop in your peeled and sliced ginger. Once the water gets to a rolling boil, lower the heat and bring it to a simmer.
